She was very attuned to any issues I had, always promptly replied and followed up on how to make her home as comfortable as she could make it for my cute little cat. She did an amazing job looking after him, always sent me photos of him and was more than happy to work around my schedule! I would have no hesitations in booking Ayu again and would highly recommend her. Thanks again!"

"We’re honestly just so lucky to have found Deb and family! Our little guy loves heading over for holidays, and I never worry whatsoever as I know Deb has things all under control! She definitely takes better care of him than we do! :P This time we booked our guy in for 3 weeks at fairly short notice - and Deb was able to move things around to accomodate us - what a life saver! While we were away Deb kept us constantly updated and sent through lots of photos! My guy is very excitable and he loves playing with Max and Lucy - Deb spends the time with them to get them acquainted again and then he forms part of the family which just sets your mind at ease and lets you enjoy your holiday! I know for us - being maybe our fifth or so visit - it is just not a concern we think about at all anymore when we head on holiday, our guy just has such a ball there he always seems sad to get back home! Thanks again Deb and Warren - we really appreciate everything you have done for us and will see you all again soon!"
