In 2007, I tried to book my dog at the time, Charlie, into a kennel. They refused to let me see where he'd sleep. The staff didn't even know his name.

PetCloud was built from that moment - out of necessity, empathy, and a belief that every pet deserves a carer who is police checked, trained, accountable, and personal.

Every sitter holds a biometrically-linked National Police Check via DVS. Other platforms do not police check every sitter.
Loving animals isn't a qualification. Sitters are offered training in animal care and first aid, and property safety checklists before their first booking.
Secure escrow, verified reviews, and customer support. PetCloud’s platform creates digital contracts between Sitters and Owners for services and prices agreed to be delivered on agreed dates.

We're active promoters of responsible pet ownership, local council compliance, and animal welfare education.
PetCloud's training was developed alongside the Senior Vets at the RSPCA, Inspectors, Animal Trainers, Foster Carers, and Vet nurses. Every sitter is offered training before their first booking.
