Book & Pay

Select your chosen Sitter, then book and pay securely into Escrow. This also activates your insurance. Funds are released at the end of the stay once both parties are happy.

Meet & Greet

Meet & Greet your chosen Sitter to check for your pet's compatibility with them, their pets, and property

Pack & Travel

Pack your pet's bags & drop them off. Receive daily photo updates, insurance, & Customer support.

Review & Release

Pick up your pet, and leave a Review telling other Pet Owners how your stay went. We then release the funds when both parties are happy.

Find a dog trainer and train your pooch to become an ideal pet. We have dog trainers who provide training services and can be booked online. Dog training will help fix behavioural issues such as barking, pulling while walking, aggression and other issues.

How to find a trainer PetCloud?

  1. Sign Up for Free: Sign up and create an account. Make sure you select what you want to do - Find pet care service, Offer pet care service or both.
  2. Complete Your Profile & Pet Profile: Complete your profile & pet profie.
  3. Search via suburb and service: Type in your suburb and search for sitters. You can also refine the search by clicking the refine search button.
  4. Make a Booking: Click make contact to make a pre-authorised payment to reserve the sitter offering training as a service. Booking is confirmed when the trainer accepts your request.

All payments must be made through PetCloud and with every booking you are covered with free Insurance. With every booking you make a contribution to the RSPCA as PetCloud gives 20% of all the profits back to the RSPCA.
