Sarah did a wonderful job looking after our 2 year old Spoodle. This is the 3rd time we have taken our dog to be looked after by Sarah and her Cavalier's and it's like leaving him with family. Highly recommended and we will be using Sarah to look after our doggy in the future.

If you're looking for someone to provide the best possible experience for your beloved pet, Sarah is definitely the perfect person. Our Rosie (black Labrador) has just had the time of her life in Sarah's expert care fitting into the loving environment well. Sarah kindly sent photos and updates during Rosie's stay and it was clear Rosie loved the walks, cuddles and great company. Sarah's own dogs welcome Rosie and she feels right at home. Sarah took wonderful care of Bella, showed up consistently at the same time every day and sent lots of pictures, videos and texts. I was overseas at the time and felt very confident that my cat was getting the best care possible. I highly recommended using Sarah's services and I have already booked her for my next trip.

Sarah was absolutely brilliant. She took great care of our Weimaraner Leo and sent photos and updates everyday. Leo was so well adjusted there, I think he was a bit upset to leave! Thank you so much Sarah, we will definitely be back in the future.

We are very happy with our first petsitting with Sarah over the weekend. From our first meet we felt Sarah's home was perfect for what we needed for our rescue pup. Sarah has such a great understanding of animal behaviour and is able to read them really well. Sarah takes great care in getting to know the pets before they stay with her with I appreciated a lot. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Our doggie absolutely loved staying with Sarah & family and her two little cavaliers who are such beautiful dogs. We received lots of updates from Sarah and our doggie was well looked after. We're booked in for another petsitting stay soon and can only recommend her to anyone looking for a safe and trusted place to leave your fur babies with.

Sarah was great at looking after our energetic pup Tilly! she responded really quickly and sent daily updates with photos. She took Tilly on lots of walks and gave her lots of cuddles. Tilly came home very happy and exhausted from lots of playing.

I highly recommend Sarah. She looked after our 10 month old large puppy Charlie and I couldn't be happier. She has great knowledge about dogs and goes over and beyond. The location was just perfect for us. Close to bushlands for amazing walks and a great size fenced yard. Charlie came home relaxed and happy. He is a bit of a fussy eater and eats better now after his stay with Sarah. Thanks for all the updates throughout his stay Sarah. It is a great piece of mind knowing that your dog is looked after so well.

Sarah is very professional, friendly and caring. She looked after our pet (Cookie) over a weekend. We received regular updates whilst we were away. Cookie was well loved, fed and taken for walks.

Sarah was fantastic! My dog, Ellie, is a shy dog but it seemed that she enjoyed her stay with Sarah's two dogs. Sarah kept updated with photos while Ellie was there and I could enjoy my holiday. Highly recommended!!

Sarah is just wonderful. Plain and simple. I left my Border Collie with her for a weekend and was extremely satisfied with how he was looked after. The area that she has set up is just amazing and allowed my boy to run to his hearts content. She sent daily updates with photos letting me know what has been going on and the activities that has been happening. Sarah is an absolute professional that truly cares for the animals that she looks after. She is going to be the first person I call when I need my dog to be looked after again. I don't have a bad word to say about the experience and implore that if you need someone to trust with your fur-baby, look no further.

Mike had another day in paradise at Sarah's house today. He spends his days chill-axing with her other doggos and generally living his best dog life. The care that Sarah provides is top-notch and I can't thank her enough for her care of Mike.

Sarah is the BEST! She took the best care of our little pug for 2 weeks while we were overseas :) He was returned to us relaxed, healthy and content (thanks to Sarah for giving him his ear drops to treat a pre-existing ear infection). Additionally, our flights were delayed and Sarah was understanding and flexible and looked after him for an extra 2 days. She provided regular updates w/photos and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Would 100% recommend to others and will definitely request her services in the future :) thanks heaps Sarah!

My boisterous 4 month old border collie cross came home so calm and happy it was like she had been on a yoga retreat. Sarah is very experienced and knowledgeable and had a few tips that were really helpful. Fantastic communication as well. Will definitely book with Sarah again next time!

Sarah was an absolute gem from the get go when looking after our two 9 year old Rag Doll Cats Marmite and Herndrix. She answered all our questions and calmed our nerves. Hendrix took to Sarah and his new surroundings almost instantly which has NEVER happened! Sarah updated us everyday with photo's and videos which was such a comforting thing for us since it has been so long since we were away from our furbabies. I seriously can not recommend Sarah enough. If you are after a lovely, caring and genuine pet sitter, look no further.

Many thanks to Sarah for looking after our 5 month Spoodle puppy while we travelled to Thailand. As this was the first time we had left our puppy for more than a few hours, we were anxious that he would be in a relaxed, happy place while we were gone. But it was obvious at the start that he fit right in with Sarah's 2 Cavalier dogs. We will certainly be using Sarah again for any future holidays where we can't take our Spoodle. John and Natasha

Sarah was the perfect person to look after our cats while we were away for a week. In our Meet and Greet she asked lots of questions to make sure she knew how best to care for our boys. She was thorough in covering all bases including feeding, handling, emergency information, level and style of communication while we were away and interaction with the cats too. While we were away, she kept us updated daily on how the cats were going. She even went the extra mile and took photos of their food bowls to show us how they were progressing with food (as cats can be put out easily), and she stayed around after feeding them to give them some love, pats and treats. We felt so at ease the whole time we were away. We'd happily use Sarah again and would recommend her to anyone who needed a pet service from Pet Cloud.

Our dog Chilli stayed with Sarah again while we were away on holidays. We know she's safe and well looked after on Sarah's property. Chilli also enjoys company of Sarah's cavaliers! We really appreciate photos and messages too.

Sarah looked after my 2 dogs, Labrador and LabradorX and my cat for 23 days while we were overseas after Christmas. It has been great knowing that they would be cared for in a family/ home environment with other playmates and lots of interactions, especially since neither of my them had stayed away from home since they were adopted/ rescued. Sarah was very professional and kept us informed with messages and photos throughout their stay, so I felt at ease and could enjoy the holiday. We had adopted the 1 year old rescue LabX six weeks prior to our trip and I was very concerned about her feeling abandoned, but she settled in straight away even showing her cheeky side... All furkids had a great time, thank you Sarah!

It has been a second time when we left our timid groodle with Sarah and both times could not be happier. She is very welcoming, flexible and knows how to deal with different pets. Thank you Sarah so much for your care and for the messages you sent us about Cobs. Sorry, I couldn't respond as we were overseas.

I think this may have been the 4th time I asked Sarah to look after Tommy and once again she did a wonderful job! Sarah sent updates of how Tommy was, took him on his daily walk and feed him morning and evening. It is a piece of mind when we are away to know that Tommy is in good hands with Sarah :)

Sarah and family were just great! Cannot speak highly enough of the care that was provided to Gracie. Sarah was flexible and really understood the puppy stage that Gracie is still in. Photos and updates were provided while we were away, which just made our day. Gracie loved her holiday too and will definitely book again.
