Excellent "in home" care as always! A whole month stint this time. Dogs were super happy, house in perfect condition - we are very happy customers

I can't recommend Leonie and Greg highly enough. We went on holidays knowing our girls would be well cared for and our house kept immaculate.

Everytime we leave our girls in Leonie and Greg's care I know they will be well cared for. We couldn't be happier with our experiences with Leonie and Greg and we now won't use anyone else.

Greg & Leonie - couldn’t recommend them highly enough! The purrrfect cat sitters! My special needs Kitty was attentively cared for with lots of attention, play time and treats. Whenever I’m going away, this is where my kitty will stay-cation.

I can't recommend Leonie and Greg enough. I felt our cats were so well looked after and given all the attention they needed. 5 starts isn't enough! Our flight ended up being cancelled and Leonie saved us by feeding our pets an extra night which made the situation much less stressful. Highly Recommend! My partner and I went on a 3 week holiday and left our cat Muffin in Leonie and Greg's care. This was our first time using Petcloud and we were quite nervous with how everything would go but that quickly changed once we received photos and updates on his well-being, Our cat settled in quickly and it was very comforting to see. They took exceptional care of our cat and their love for pets really shows.

We couldn't have asked for better care for our cat. Leonie and Greg made an effort to understand his routine so he could settle in better. We had daily photos and updates and they were flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. We came home to a very happy and relaxed cat. An excellent experience.

Leonie and Greg were great! Lots of updates and super flexible with pick up/drop off times. They are definite animal lovers. Felt very comfortable leaving our furbaby with them for 2 weeks. Would recommend.

Leonie and Greg are wonderful pet sitters, easy going, very accomodating and caring. They looked after my cat Walnut very well, sent me photos of him looking very happy and relaxed, I will definitely ask them to look after Walnut again.

I highly recommend Greg & Leonie as pet sitters. From our first visit, I felt comfortable about leaving my pet with this couple. They display genuine affection for their ward/s and are sensible and trustworthy. I find both Greg and Leonie very amicable and accommodating. I don't want to praise them too much because that would reduce the opportunities for my pet to return to these wonderful people.

Leonie & Greg kept me informed about my cat's activities via text messages and photos. I was reassured about leaving my cat with relative "strangers" once I saw the photos of her playing and also curled up by Greg's feet. When I went to collect my cat, she was sleeping on their bed! Greg and Leonie debriefed me regarding her toileting, daily activities and general demeanour. I was very satisfied with Leonie and Greg as service providers. I took a very relaxed and happy cat home today. I WILL be a return client.

A big "Thank You" to Leonie and Greg for taking care of our much loved cat for a whole 4 weeks! As soon as we had a meet and greet with Leonie and Greg we felt at ease and new that our cat would be not only well taken care of, but also looked after with love. They both clearly love animals and have great memories of prior pets they have cared for. Leonie has always been excellent with contact - prompt and thorough replies. She listens and cares about your concerns. She has a stash of pet toys and tries to make the whole process easier for you, ie, having to bring less things with you. While we were away our cat got completely spoilt with his diet. He came back with an extra shiny and soft coat and really happy. We have actually changed to feeding him what Leonie suggested. Leonie sent regular updates and pictures of our cat which put us at ease while we were away. When we got back and brought our cat home, it was like he had not been away. He was happy, content and didn't seem disturbed by the moves. In the past when we have brought him home there have been times when he walked around the house meowing and was just generally unsettled. Even though this was a longer time period, he was completely fine. I think he must have felt just as home with Leonie and Greg as he did at his real home. We thank Leonie and Greg so much for their care! We certainly will be getting back in touch with them in the future for more stays if we go away. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a carer for your pet - you won't find anyone better!

Leonie has been absolutely amazing from start to finish! Everyone is very protective of their furr babies and we couldn't have been happier with leaving our two cats with Leonie. We received daily email updates with photographs which was so lovely to read and know that they were doing fine. Thank you so much Leonie, we will definitely book you in for any of our future trips!

I would highly recommend Leonie to pet sit your little furr babies. Leonie was fantastic from the first meet up to the very end with continuous updates via email including photos. It's always hard leaving your pets with someone you don't know but I'd fully recommend Leonie to anyone in need of a pet sitter. I felt very relaxed leaving my babies for 10 days in her capeable and trustworthy hands. Safe to say I'll be asking Leonie again for any of our future trips away!
