To whom it may concern, I have known Vanessa for several years and used her services frequently as home visitor and carer for our two precious cats when we are away. Vanessa is a responsible, reliable and diligent carer. She responds promptly to our requests, and communicates frequently and effectively while we are away, keeping us updated with information and photos as to our pets' wellbeing. Most importantly, Vanessa loves cats, and has built a lovely relationship with ours. She looks after them as though they were her own.
