30 Days Notice or more for a Partial Refund - If a Pet Owner cancels they can obtain a partial refund if PetCloud receives their cancellation request before 12pm AEST 30 days before the start of a booking. (Stripe’s credit card processing fee and $100 PetCloud Administration fee are non-refundable). (For any cancellations 29 days or less prior to a booking start are non-refundable, Sitters will receive their portion of the booking).

Thanks Danielle...much appreciated. i'm going to have to cancel the next appointment. i was supposed to go up to Sydney as my partner was to have an operation but it's been post-poned for a little while now.
