"Alyce was great. She came in and gave our cat some company while we were away. He's quite the grumpy kinda cat and is a very anxious around strangers and really isn't much of a cuddly cat, but she managed to get him to approach her and even allowed a pat! she sent photos through every other day and didn't leave again until she had sighted him. If we ever have to leave our boy again we will def be using her "

Danielle is truly passionate and knowledgeable about animals and it shows. Our dog came home as happy and relaxed as we were after our weekend away. "Jasmin did a wonderful job with my two little chunky monkeys. Exotic Shorthairs can have some little extra things they need to be attended to and Jasmin did a great job. Constantly communicating, sending messages of reassurance and photos of the cats while I was away. I would recommend and use Jasmin again, thank you!"

"This was our first time leaving with a stranger. Our dogs are very sweet, not aggressors to other animals, and very much dependant on humans… so we knew it was going to need someone that could ensure they were safe from aggressive/domineering animals and would be watched as much as possible. We received lots of photos and updates which was great and reassuring… we never needed to ask for them! Joy was great at letting them explore, get to know their environment, meet the others and be dogs. We knew they were comfortable because Chewie will not eat if he’s distressed or upset and sometimes just to be stubborn, but we saw photos of him getting into his food. It was a nice break from apartment living: they got the green grass and were inside too. When we picked them up Chewie wagged his tail when Joy said bye… Chewie rarely wags his tail so we know he gave Joy a big thumbs up. Which meant so did Chewies brother, Rafa. Which means so do we. We will use Joy again! Easy to deal with."

"First time leaving my dog with a pet sitter and to be honest I was very hesitant at first. However, Ching did such an amazing job. I don’t think Mavi wanted to come home. If I ever need to leave him somewhere again I will definitely be calling Ching. Outstanding carer. PS thank you for the banana cake super delicious"

"I highly recommend Pallas, Novia, and Mochi, they looked after our Cavoodle for over 4 weeks! They are excellent carers. He is a better dog because of his stay with them. He is now much more friendly and social with other dogs. They did a wonderful job looking after him and sent me updates regularly to let me know how he was going. Thank you so much for looking after Fanta. He will be back again!"
