"Lisa was absolutely great - very friendly and professional. We booked her with very short notice and when she came around for the meet and greet we could see she was an animal person - the kittens loved her. She came to our house twice a day, fed and cleaned their litter trays - Our house was spotless when we came back and the kittens were happy and content. It was the first time we left them and Lisa sent us regular texts, photos and even videos. She also helped and administrate medication/ointment, which also involved sometimes having to put a cone on them so they didn't lick it off, something she didn't have a problem with and even gave us tips how to manage it as she has previous experience with the RPCA. Next time we go away we will definiately hope to book Lisa again!"

"Carol was an amazing pet sitter for our Kind Charles Cavalier, Harriet. Carol responded quickly to all communications, made herself available for drop off and pick up, and provided great photos and videos of Harriet as she enjoyed her stay. She came home having obviously had a great stay. Cannot recommend Carol enough."

"Katia was GREAT, Came by twice before to get to know us, out cats and their routine. This was super appreciated. Both of our cats were happy and not on edge when we got home. I would take this as a sign of a great pet sitter and person, as our cats are excellent judges of character. I would have no hesitation in recommending Katia to anyone needing their Cats looked after."

"Brittany looked after my two dogs for ten days while I was on holidays. . It was very reassuring to know that the dogs were being well looked after in their own familiar environment. "My experience with Rochelle who I used recently to house sit/look after my 3 cats and two fiswh tanks, was FIRST CLASS! Rochelle checked in from time to time to let me know all was well. My house was well looked after and so were all the animals. When I got home after 5 days it was like no one had been there at all. I will be using Rochelle again!! Highly recommended."

"This was the first time I have used Pet Cloud. All in all a very positive experience. I found the general admin side and follow up to be extremely professional and the dog minder (Beverley) was also really excellent. My dog is a rescue dog I have had for 10 months and has only been with myself and wife in that time. I was uncertain how he would socialize or fit with another dog. "Ketty took great care of my two cats and the fish for nearly a week while I was overseas. She came twice a day at my home. Ketty came for 'meet nd greet ' and connected with the cats right away. She showed to be very caring and followed the instructions I gave her. On my return the cats looked happy and healthy, the house looked clean, she even watered the plants. Ketty sent me photos of the cats while I was away which made me very happy. I strongly recommend Ketty as a reliable and honest sitter for your pets."

"The Small family were a dream! We have only used kennels before but they were all booked out for Christmas, but it actually turned out to be so much better using PetCloud and a host family for our dog. Bianca was kind and helpful from start to finish and even sent updates and photos. My dog was looked after like one of the family and had a fantastic stay. He came home relaxed and happy. I would thoroughly recommend the Small family with their big back yard and for the generous way they cared for our pet."
