"Claire was fantastic with our far babies, Umi and Hina. She looked after them with love and was willing to make extra effort to keep them happy and comfortable. They were very relaxed when we came back. We are so happy that we've found Claire and Pet Cloud so we can leave our precious ones at home without a worry. The daily report with beautiful photos were great and we looked forward to see them every day. Thank you so much Claire!! I will make another booking with Claire for our next trip."

"Bianca was so amazing and attentive with our dogs, honestly cannot recommend her highly enough! She came down to visit and bond with them beforehand so they were comfortable then came over early to play with them before feeding them. She sent photos and texts to us to keep our minds at ease and even handfed one of the dogs as he was acting timid! Will definitely use her again!"
