"Kiearn did a wonderful job. I was very nervous about leaving my cat for two weeks but Kiearn took great care of him and he was really happy. She sent me regular updates and pictures. Our house looked fantastic when we came home too. Would definitely recommend Kiearn."

"A huge thank you to Naomi for looking after our 2 dogs for the weekend whilst we flew interstate for a family wedding. One of our dogs is elderly and on medication and Naomi was very reassuring, let us know how they were and sent photos as well. We would be happy to use Naomi and petcloud again."

"We were initially cautious using a dog sitter who had our precious Shadow stay at their place as he is an older dog on medication twice daily for both health issues and to treat his high levels of anxiety. However after a pre-booking visit where his Aunty Deb (as we now fondly call her) discussed his needs and our concerns and then what she offered, we walked away confident that he would be well looked after. Our trip away was much more relaxed as we received frequent updates (with photos) from Aunty Deb telling us all about his day and reassuring us he was having his meds and was happy and healthy. He became a part of her family and her life which was fabulous to see. We thank Deb for her professionalism, her wonderful care and love for dogs that was so evident when we picked up a very happy, healthy Shadow. Thanks Aunty Deb. Shadow will be back for regular visits whenever we go away. Would highly recommend Deb to anyone wanting high quality care for their precious fur baby."

"Chelsea was just amazing! She was just so sweet and gentle with my little Pomeranian, she really knows how to care for animals, my GiGi had a fantastic time, it was such an easy and stress free experience, i absolutely loved how Chelsea sent me a text with an update and a gorgeous picture of my GiGi with the biggest smile on her face... really nice surprise. I will definitely be contacting Chelsea again, the whole experience was really great."
