"If i could give 10 stars i would. We had never used a pet sitter before and were really unsure how it would go but Robin was absolutely incredible. We knew right away our furry children were in great hands. We received morning and nightly pictures with updates constantly. Our older dog needed some extra assistance while we were away and Robin was there to help for what ever they needed and nothing was too hard. We are so wrapped we can go away and know that they are in the safest hands possible. Thank you again Robin : )"

"James was amazing with our girl and we wouldn't hesitate to book him again. Excellent communication leading up to and throughout our holiday. We got regular photos and updates and felt confident and relaxed knowing that Zelda was being so well cared for. We came home to a very happy dog and a spotless house. This was our first time away from our dog so we're very grateful for such a positive experience."

"Roland did an amazing job of looking after Lewis, he came home very happy and we could tell he enjoyed his stay. Roland has a great set up and you can tell he is good with animals. We wouldn't hesitate to have Lewis stay with Roland again."

"Camilla is an absolute delight and took amazing care of our dog (mini poodle) while we were away. It is clear she loves dogs and she has a wonderful house and large backyard. Oscar couldn’t have been in better hands! She gave us regular updates and even took him to the vet on our request. We definitely recommend Camilla to any dog owners who are looking for care, and we will be definitely be back when we next go away!"

"Kylie was fabulous. I have two very spoilt and much loved Devon Rex cats and Kylie went above and beyond. She thoughtfully maintained regular contact, and did not hesitate to notify me when she had a genuine concern about the diabetic care of one of my boys. This was Kylie's first time caring for Felix and Devlin, and despite Kylie not having much experience with a pet with diabetes, she stepped into the role of pet carer/nurse with ease. She gave my boys lots of love and attention, which they no doubt appreciated, because they were so relaxed when I got home. I would definitely recommend Kylie to anyone who is looking for a quality pet carer and would not hesitate to book Kylie again in the future."

"Dates all got messed up thanks to covid lockdown, but Teagan had no problems working around new dates that were changing pretty much daily. My cat who is scared of most people loved her. Teagan did a great job looking after her and I came home to a very happy kitty. Highly recommend Teagan's service!"

"Julie went the extra mile to make our old cat loved and comfortable in our home during a two week absence. The house was spotless, and she even took bins out and gathered the mail without being asked, as well as making extra visits and staying to keep Charlie company and buying her a scratching pad. Julie is a true animal lover and my old girl will miss her visits I am sure. Very reliable and dependable, can’t recommend highly enough. We will be back again for sure."

"This is the first time we've used the housesitting option, and it was a worthwhile choice. Rachael was very attentive, caring and a great match for Boris and Gary. We had no worries leaving them in her capable care. It was also great peace of mind knowing that someone was looking after our place and the boys were settled in their own home. When we got back from holidays, Boris and Gary spent most of their time looking for Rachael ... I think they were a bit spoilt! I would highly recommend PetCloud to anyone looking to have their pets cared for."
