"We couldn’t be happier with the care Susan provided for our cat while we were away for the long weekend! From the moment we met, it was clear she genuinely loves animals. Susan kept us updated with photos and messages, which was so reassuring, and we came home to a very happy and relaxed cat. It was obvious that she had spent quality time with Penny, not just taking care of the essentials but also giving her plenty of attention. The house was left spotless, and everything was as we’d left it. We’re so grateful for their professionalism and care and will absolutely book with Susan again. Highly recommend!"

"Both my boys had a lovely stay at Gaill's. They were both so relaxed when we collected them, that I know they just loved being there. As they are both older, they enjoy the company and pats more then anything else. Gaill is really organised & accommodating and we couldn't ask for more. All in all a great break for us all. I would recommend her and her hubby to anyone looking to get their pets minded."
