"Sarah was the perfect person to look after our cats while we were away for a week. In our Meet and Greet she asked lots of questions to make sure she knew how best to care for our boys. She was thorough in covering all bases including feeding, handling, emergency information, level and style of communication while we were away and interaction with the cats too. While we were away, she kept us updated daily on how the cats were going. She even went the extra mile and took photos of their food bowls to show us how they were progressing with food (as cats can be put out easily), and she stayed around after feeding them to give them some love, pats and treats. We felt so at ease the whole time we were away. We'd happily use Sarah again and would recommend her to anyone who needed a pet service from Pet Cloud."

"Erin and Nick looked after our home and two cats while we were on holiday. Right before we left one of the cats dislocated her hip and the other needed to wear a cone after a small operation. They therefore needed to stay indoors and needed some extra TLC. Erin and Nick were great to deal with, they were very flexible, kept us up to date about our furry friends, emptied our letterbox, put the bins out and even watered our plants. It’s clear they are big pet-lovers and they go over and above. We would definitely use their services again and can recommend them highly!!"

"What can I say? Ayu is a fantastic pet sitter and we will definitely be calling her next time we are going away! She is extremely kind and responsible and looked after our cat (and our house) beautifully. Ayu was very responsive to any questions we had and we loved the little updates and pics she sent us every morning. The fact she's studying veterinary science is obviously an added plus because it meant we could leave our cat in her care without worrying at all. We'd gladly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter. Thanks Ayu! :)"

"Cooper, our 6 year old cavalier, and much loved member of our family stayed at his 'holiday home' with Jasmine from 17 December 2021 to 3 January 2022. Jasmine's care was extraordinary. She was in contact with us every day with photos, texts and videos. Jasmine's professionalism was highly regarded and greatly appreciated, especially as we were interstate. We highly recommend Jasmine. Cooper will be back to stay again!!"
