Gemma looked after our cat Rufus and he was very happy! We received photo updates every time she checked on him, and she made sure he had fresh food, water and clean litter. We will definitely use Gemma again!

This was our first time booking Gemma as our regular petsitter was unavailable. We were a little nervous but Gemma's communication was great and we came home to a clean house and happy cats. Would book Gemma again in the future!

Gemma was fantastic as usual, she is my go-to dogsitter! Prompt arrival, photos sent, the place was tidy on return, but MOST importantly, Billy and Georgia were happy, happy to see Gemma when she arrived! Before that they were both glumly looking at the packed bags, but Gemma walked in, and they jumped around her for a bit, then settled right down, knowing they had their friend for a stay. My dog is a tough nut to crack as she doesn’t just love everyone and I was a little nervous that she wouldn’t take to Gemma. BUT... she successfully managed to crack her and had their first walk. Gemma put me at ease with sending me a pic and letting me know that my dogs were safe and sound back at home.

I highly recommend Gemma. I felt immediately comfortable when I met Gemma and was very happy with the care she gave my cat. Gemma left my home secure, kept in communication with me and made me feel completely at ease.

We were very pleased with Gemma who recently looked after our pets. Gemma kept us updated via SMS the whole time we were away and sent us pictures. Our animals were settled and content in their own environment. We came back to two happy pets, a clean house and our bin emptied. Gemma came to our house to look after our dog and cat. She sent us photos throughout the week so we knew they were happy and being well cared for. She was here at the agreed time and left the house neat and tidy. I would definately use Gemma again to care for our pets!

Gemma looked after our elderly cat for 4 days. She was easy to communicate with and kept us up to date. She was meticulous with his food, medication and cleaning his litter. She also put the bins out for us on bin night. Can’t fault her service - thanks Gemma.

We have had Gemma looking after our dog for 3weeks over the Xmas period and we couldn’t be happier. Chase LOVES his time with Gemma. Gemma is great with communicating each time she picks Chase up and when she has dropped him home so I know he is safe. I am very glad I met Gemma, I think she is perfect for what she does.

We engaged Gemma to house sit for nine days to look after our two young dogs, one requiring daily medication, and also house sit while we went on vacation. We met with Gemma a couple of times before we left and found her to be very genuine with a natural affection for animals. We found her to be very trustworthy and our dogs were sad to see her walk out of the gate on our return. We would recommend Gemma to everyone, and have done so with family and friends, and will definitely have Gemma back for our next time away from home. Gemma was so nice to deal with, she responds quickly to msgs and takes the time to get to know the doggos. Even sending updates and pictures of our boys while we were away. She was very confident handling our big dogs and they were very happy to have her look after them. Thanks so much !

Gemma has been caring for my dog for the past 3 years when i travel. She is amazing and goes above and beyond to ensure he is comfortable and happy. She update’s me often and sends photo’s when i miss him. I trust gemma so much with my dog I wouldnt be able to leave him if it wasnt for the amazing care gemma provides.
