Bianca and Mat were fantastic hosts. They were very welcoming and provided lots of updates for our dog's overnight stay. I will be definitely using them again.

Bianca, Matt and the kids took very good care of our Ridgeback just like he was their own. He had a great time and we were able to enjoy our holiday knowing he was in safe, caring hands. They were wonderful hosts and not only did we receive updates while we were away, he returned home happy and very content. We are very grateful to have Poncho stay with a loving and caring family and we would love Poncho to stay again if he was welcomed back. We would recommend to family and friends.

The Small family were a dream! We have only used kennels before but they were all booked out for Christmas, but it actually turned out to be so much better using PetCloud and a host family for our dog. Bianca was kind and helpful from start to finish and even sent updates and photos. My dog was looked after like one of the family and had a fantastic stay. He came home relaxed and happy. I would thoroughly recommend the Small family with their big back yard and for the generous way they cared for our pet.

Bianca and her lovely family looked after Cooper so well. We received regular updates and photos throughout his stay. He loved his time with the family, came home happy and content (I'm sure he would have been happy to stay longer with all the attention he received) and I would highly recommend Bianca and her family to other pet owners. Ruby absolutely loved her meet & greet at Bianca's and her day sit was equally successful. Ruby fitted in with the whole family and was very reluctant to come home when I picked her up. That tells me that Ruby was well looked after by Bianca and her family and enjoyed her time away from us. Denise
