Befrin is awesome. We have some challenging needs (anxiety, reactive) pets, and Befrin not only took it in her stride, but knew exactly what to do. I've never felt more assured or relaxed leaving our pets. She's highly experienced, skilled and passionate about animal behaviour and well-being. Also, Befrin takes a true positive reinforcement training approach. Highly recommend, and will definitely use again. Our pets loved her too!

Befrin stayed for a long weekend with our kids, Frankie & Reggie. The house was left in outstanding condition & our pets were very happy. Frankie loves her new toys Befrin gave her. Thanks Befrin you’re amazing.

Befrin stayed at our home for 5 weeks with our two furr baby cats. I cannot recommend this woman enough- she’s knowledgeable and gave us so many tips and tricks to support not only our anxious cat but also bought them new toys they love. We returned to our flat spotless and every couple of days sent us videos, photos and updates on what she and the cats had been up to. I honestly cannot fault this woman one bit- we were so nervous about leaving them but she made us feel so reassured and empathised entirely with us. Thank you so much Befrin, our cats adored you and teaching them to high 5 is a personal highlight ♥️ you’re amazing and we will always try and book this lovely lady in the future! Oh and Befrin genuinely loves animals and volunteers in sanctuaries if you need anymore persuading. Thank you Bef x

We love everything about how Bef cares for our little cat. She truly cares about him and loves spending time.

Befrin was wonderful! she took great care of our cat during the week we were away and sent us much appreciated detailed updates and photos daily. our cat is very shy, but Befrin was able to make her feel comfortable and trust her in record time. we came back to a relaxed and well looked after cat. You can really tell that Befrin loves animals and enjoys caring for them, I wouldn’t want anyone else to care for my animal.

Befrin is a divine petsitter. We could see immediately how focussed she is on the wellbeing and enjoyment of our cat. Our Tonko loved Befrin's company. Befrin ensured she knew all about Tonko's needs, diet, routines before her first session with him. She genuinely enjoys spending time with the animals, and we loved receiving daily reports and photos from her. Her care and consideration gave us great confidence in our little kitty's welfare whilst we were away. We will definitely be hiring Befrin again.

Befrin continually exceeds our expectations when she looks after our cats! I think she plays with them more than we do. This is the 3rd time she has helped us out and we look forward to the next time!

Befrin was great! Sent me updates and pics of the cats while she was looking after them which was very reassuring. Wouldn’t hesitate for her to look after our fur babies again.

Befrin and her fiancé Warren were absolutely incredible. We would 110% ask them to stay again and take care of our precious furbabies. It was the first time for us using Petcloud and ever letting strangers mind our pets so for me it was a really anxious time initially before meeting Befrin and Warren. Once we had the meet and greet all of my concerns went away!! They were so polite and friendly, And genuinely cared about our pets and taking care of them as their highest priority during the visit. Befrin is super knowledgeable about dogs particularly and having pets of her own she knows how scary it can be sometimes to leave them with others. Even though poor Befrin unfortunately become unwell a few days before they still committed to the stay which we really appreciated! They sent lots and lots of updates and pictures which we loved and surprisingly we also came home to a beautiful handwritten letter update on our pets, our home and a lovely small gift to welcome us home. I can not recommend them both enough, if you are ever concerned about how well your pets will be treated while you’re enjoying some time away from home then definitely ask for Befrin! All your worries will disappear!

You could not imagine a kinder person to care for your pet. Since I've known her, she has shown unwavering kindness and sympathy for all living things and displays this in everyday life. It's an amazing quality. Such is my trust in her, I would have no hesitation in asking Befrin to a part of my pets life. K
