We rated 5 stars, because we like the promptness of information the service provided us and also, updates of our sitters. Our sitters went beyond to accommodate our dog Douglas with walking, playing and to ease his anxiety of not having us around. Our sitters kept us in tune with his daily progress ie pics.. which gave us great assurance he is ok..

Jenna looked after our two elderly cats really well. She sent us regular updates and photos which was great as we were overseas. The house was clean and tidy when we got back - she had vacuumed for us! I will definitely use Jenna again.
