30 Days Notice or more for a Partial Refund - If a Pet Owner cancels they can obtain a partial refund if PetCloud receives their cancellation request before 12pm AEST 30 days before the start of a booking. (Stripe’s credit card processing fee and $100 PetCloud Administration fee are non-refundable). (For any cancellations 29 days or less prior to a booking start are non-refundable, Sitters will receive their portion of the booking).

Highly recomend Rhonda. She is fantastic pet sitter who loves what she does. Professional communicative, and really good with pets. Rhonda has lots of experience with dog grooming, walks as well being caring and reliable. Teddy was well looked after and cared for during the stay with Rhonda. I couldn't recommend more.
