Michelle did a very nice job watching our cat. We have a number of personal preferences which, while not hard, are idiosyncratic, and sometimes pet minders have not remembered them all, but Michelle did a good job with them. Our cat seemed happy and well cared for when we came back. She was good with communication and flexible in getting things set up. We'll be happy to work with her again. Recommended.
