This is the third or fourth time that I've used Jen for house sitting and pet minding. Jen is so meticulous in her attention to detail, that I know she has everything in hand. She asks questions when she's unsure, she sends regular updates so I know my 3 felines are happy and well looked after, and the place looks immaculate when I return. And the best testament of all is that my cats are so chilled when I get back. If they are unhappy with a pet sitter or a lengthy absence from me, they always let me know it. I can tell they like Jen, and feel safe and loved by her - I never get the "daggers" treatment when I return from my trip, even if I'm away for many weeks. Jen, thank you - you've made going away so much less stressful for me.
