Naomi is a fabulous pet sitter. Her updates and affection she gave to our cat Wylee were exactly what we and Wylee needed. Wylee loved her and will be definitely using her again.

Naomi recently looked after my cat Oscar for two nights at my house and provided a very professional and friendly service. Made the time to come for a pre-visit then sent me updates when I was away. Highly recommend.

Naomi was amazing! She watched our two cats in our house and took the time to come up and meet with us (and them) before our trip. She was kind and professional and the cats loved her! We got daily updates and everything was perfect upon on our arrival home. I think one of our cats liked her better than us! I would hire her again in a heartbeat! I hope she can do all our cat sitting!

Naomi fed both our boys in the evenings. Freshened their water and turned on the light. In the mornings she came and checked them and turned off light. Both Beau and Junior loved when Naomi arrived and she took the time to play ball and give plenty of attention to our fur babies. We were sent photos and texts every visit. Naomi visited our home each day whilst we were away to check on our 2 cats, feed them, clean out litter & keep an eye on our home which she did exceptionally well. We were kept informed with daily photos, videos & detailed messages & she cleaned up any mess that was made by the cats also. I can't recommend Naomi highly enough as she gave us a great deal of peace of mind whilst we were away that our babies were safe & happy. Not only that but they looked like they absolutely adored her in the videos she sent through & my cats are not really inclined to like people other than us, so this is a credit to Naomi's kind, friendly & caring nature. She went out of her way to have a pre-booking visit then to pick up our keys the day before the visit & also drop keys off after the visit. I would not hesitate to book her again in future. A huge thank you to Naomi for looking after our 2 dogs for the weekend whilst we flew interstate for a family wedding. One of our dogs is elderly and on medication and Naomi was very reassuring, let us know how they were and sent photos as well. We would be happy to use Naomi and petcloud again.

Naomi was so amazing in looking after my little puppy Bella. I was provided with daily updates on her well being and felt at ease knowing she was cared for and loved as one of Naomi's own. I will be using Naomi again down the track for sure!

We have left our dog Oona with Naomi on several occasions, each time she has shown the same love and affection that we ourselves have. Loads of walks, interaction and play time, oonie is always excited to stay.

Naomi has taken care of my lovely dog Ellie on multiple occasions while i have been on holiday. Keeping me up to date on her well being and sending me photos throughout her stay. Ellie is always happy to be with Naomi due to her caring nature and attention to her and feeding her a natural wholesome diet. She was even able to conquer Ellie's fear of swimming and now Ellie happily enjoys the water. Naomi is different to most people and enjoys being able to develop skills and healthy lifestyle with Ellie. Rather than just putting her in the back yard she takes her swimming, walking and playing with her dog meg. I have no concerns at all when i leave Ellie with Naomi and would recommend her to anyone.
