She was well organised and actively communicated throughout the whole process from start to finish, with frequent updates and she was always on the lookout for any unusual behaviour. Shin really went above and beyond to make my dog feel comfortable at her place and I'm sure he enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Definitely highly recommended and would book again!"

"We left our boy Pablo with Silvia for a week and everything went well with no issues. Our boy seemed to enjoy his time with Silvia. Silvia was very professional and easy to deal with and took the time to understand our dog's routine and needs. I would recommend Silvia and will definitely be using her services again to look after our doggy."

"Liz was absolutely amazing. Leaving our babies for 1 month definitely gave us some anxiety and stress. However thanks to Liz who treated our furry babies like her own, helped mitigate our stress. She played with them every day, sent pictures to ease our stress and treated them with the upmost care. Thanks to Liz our babies developed better habits than how we left them. We had a permanent sitter but needless to say after Liz’s amazing service and dedication, we have a new permanent sitter. Thanks for taking care of them so well and training them Liz!"

"We were thankful that Mackenzie was able to look after our kitty Jack, and that he served as a lap cat for the week she was here, netflix and cat, he is cool like that. I came home to a clean house and flourishing flowers in my garden, and daily photos showed my cat was happy with his care, attention and feeding. Thanks Mackenzie."

"This was our second time booking with Marnie and she was great again. The dogs were happy and the house nice and clean. Marnie even had to give one of our dogs tablets and ear drops due to an ear infection (which our dog hates) and she managed to take care of all that without any issues while we were gone. Marnie is easy to deal with, communicates well and I never worry about the dogs or the house while she’s there. Thanks so much Marnie! We’ll definitely book again."

"Chun was amazing! We booked 2 visits per day to our apartment to feed and play with our cat Clive while we were away. Chun didn't just looking after Clive, she became best buds with him. Making a real effort with a very timid cat with trust issues. From our first meeting we could tell she was the right person. She knows her stuff, asking all the right questions regarding what needed to be taken care of. She went above and beyond to make our trip away as stress free as possible for admittedly nervous cat parents "
