"Elke looked after our cavoodle tucker for two nights which included bringing Tucker to our wedding in the swan valley so he could be apart of our special day. Elke went above in beyond from start to finish, which started with the meet and greet, asked lots of questions to ensure everything went smoothly. All aspects of the service ran smoothly, our first time using this site and the service offered catered to our specific needs on the wedding day. Over the two days we received regular updates. At the end of it, Elke also surprised us with a lovely wedding gift of numerous photos of tucker from our wedding day into a frame presented beautifully with flowers that we adored. Big thanks and highly recommend to anyone considering using any pet services with Elke"

"Palmena was the first person I booked on Petcloud, she ensured everythings taken care of for my puppy Joe. She kept me updated through out the day on how my puppy is doing. My puppy has slight seperation anxiety but Palmena knows how to calm him down and keep him by her side always. Will definitely repeat booking! Thank you Palmena :)"

"Shin is a great pet sitter. Extremely caring, responsible, and great attention to little details about your pets. Her home is a cat haven with scratching posts, beds and toys. My cat Mina had a great time there and did not want to leave! Shin provided daily updates and also let us know when she observed any changes in her eating or toileting habits. would 100% recommend Shin!"

"Nicole was fantastic support during our month away from home. She grew a lovely bond with the cats which we witnessed via her video and photo updates. "Alicia came to look after my 2 very different cats when I had to go away for work for the day. Sabrina is easy as she is very outgoing and social, but harry requires some extra attention as he is very anxious. Alicia sat with him in the bedroom while he hid under the bed and managed to coax him out for a little while. She kept me updated with photos which helped as an anxious mum and my apartment was left tidy and clean. Although my next trip has been cancelled, I will definitely be using Alicia again when I next need to venture away from my babies in the new year. I would recommend Alicia to everyone."
