"We originally had wanted an in-home pet sitter for our cat, Ivy, as we weren't sure how she would handle being away from home with a stranger. However, we were immediately put at ease when Louise offered The Catio for Ivy, and we looked at her gallery here and on The Catio's own website. Louise clearly has a great love for all cats, and that is her primary motivation for her services. We knew that our cat would be well cared for and loved at The Catio, and Louise sent us pictures and videos every day to keep us up to date with how she was doing. If anything, we were worried Ivy wouldn't want to come home! We would highly recommend Louise and The Catio to anybody, and we hope to use her services again in the future when needed."

"Ben was hands down the best sitter we’ve ever had look after our 2 fur babies. Absolutely lovely person, genuinely has a care and passion for animals! He accepted us last minute, sent us daily check ins & photo updates, smothered the dogs with love attention the best of food, treats & toys! Our dogs are quite reactive and a bit of a handful at times so we do get quite nervous when having to leave them however he made sure my pup was constantly stimulated & we were more than comfortable with Bens ability to handle her reactivity. Can’t recommend him enough!"
