"We have never left Harry in anyone else's home before and I must say I was a bit nervous about the whole thing. That is until I dropped Harry off with Maxine, all the doubts were instantly gone. It just stood out what a dog loving and caring person she is. We will be back. Harry was very well looked after and I was constantly sent photos and messages about Harry. I couldn't have been more satisfied and happy after leaving Harry with Maxine and her husband John."

"I would highly recommend Lisa. She accepted my job last minute and gave wonderful updates on my animals each day! When I returned the house was spotless and all of the animals were calm and obviously well taken care of. I will certainly be using Lisa's services again!"

"Jody did a great job looking after our 18 year old cat Jack who also requires daily medication while we were away overseas. She went above and beyond as it was a particularly hot Australian summer filling her room with fans so that she would remain cool. We would not hesitate to use Jody again."

"Jolie was so loving and caring towards Pepe as he was very shy and timid about staying but he soon warmed to her and her kind and gentle touch. Very warm and friendly experience would highly recommend her attention to detail was fantastic and made me feel very content and worry free for leaving him for the day. Will definitely be back. Thanks again Jolie for your fantastic service."

"This is our second visit with Debbie and even though it was really really hot, Debbie managed to keep him comfortable with her cool slate floors and refreshening feet and face washes. Thanks Debbie! We arrived home and Bongo didn't want to get out of the car! - I think he wanted to go back to your place! See you soon for our next pet sitting!"

"Amazing. Alicia was so warm I had no concerns at all while we were away. Scrappy had a great time, because he seems like his usual self while other times when we return he seems a little different. Alicia sent pictures and updates and took great care of our place and our Scrappy. I will definately book Alicia again."

"We could not be more happy and content with Jen and her family's care of Daisy our dog. From the very first "meet and greet" we were fully reassured with the warm, honest and open approach that Jen, her family and home provided. Daisy had a wonderful holiday while we were on our own break. She was so well cared for, walked (at least) daily and she so evidently became a part of her new holiday family's routine. We received (much anticipated) daily texts and photos of Daisy's adventures! I can not recommend this family enough for the care, warmth and true love they have for animals and pets. This was our first experience with Petcloud and it truly made our time away relaxing and devoid of worry that our beloved Daisy was well cared for and loved. Thank you Jen and family"

"Debbie at Furbaby resort was fantastic my Mooie loved his stay I'm sure he will miss her. My cat was treated so well catered for in every way. I highly recommend deb for caring for your important Furbaby."
