"We have two difficult cats. One is very territorial and the other, shy. We travel a lot and had tried many sitters in the past, none of them worked out. Most of the sitters did not want to come back after the first job, a couple of them even quit after the first day and left us stranded. Most report that Crockett hisses, growls, and even swipes at them, and they never see Tubbs. Stephenie is one of two sitters (one was in Singapore when we were living there), who can handle our special felines. She understands cats and is very patient. We had to extend our last trip for three days and she was gracious enough to continue sitting for the extra days. We are relieved to finally found someone trustworthy in Melbourne to cat sit for us. We highly recommend Stephanie for pet sitting service."

"Katie went over & above our expectations. She truly bonded with Sansa & Henry. Katie sent us photo’s every day. When we arrived home & Sansa saw Katie, I saw that they had developed a beautiful bond & I could see that Sansa adored Katie, which is a true testament to her. This made me feel so happy because I know when we go away now that our little babies will not only be looked after, however have a wonderful time themselves with someone they love."

"Danni was fantastic - she came at short notice and took excellent care of Penelope in my absence. She arrived on time for our first meeting and was very responsive to text messages, which I really appreciated. Danni has no trouble following instructions, is neat and tidy, and I will not hesitate to contact her again when I require pet sitting."

"Our little 4 month old Ernie LOVED his day with Jen. Jen was available for an early drop off and cared for Ernie for the day. He was super excited to see Jen and her children again (after our Meet & Greet) when I dropped him off in the morning and was instantly happy and comfortable in their home. He loved his walk to and from school in the morning and afternoon and enjoyed his time playing in the grass in the backyard. I received a lovely photo update during the day to ease this furmama's mind as it was the first time Ernie has spent a whole day with a new person out of his own home.. he truly is my baby! Thank you Jen for your love and care for our little Ernie!"
