"I would not hesitate to recommend Katia as a cat sitter. She minded my cat for 3 weeks - every day I received a photo and an update. She was timely, consistent and easy to communicate with. It's a plus that she has broad experience grooming and caring for animals - so it was easy for me to trust in her abilities for my first Petcloud experience."

"Another fantastic job by Claire, this time was for 3 weeks. Our fur babies were so relaxed and happy when we came home and we can tell they have been in great care. Claire also looked after the house, watering plants, collecting mail and so on, which is a great bonus for us. We were so happy to come back to the clean and tidy home. We were overseas but there was no problem with the communcation during the period. Claire sent us updates with beautiful photos regularly. Thank you so much Claire. We will definately contact Claire for our next trip."

"Trudy is an exceptional carer and I will definitely be using her services again in the future. If I could I would give her a 10 star rating. Needless to say I would not hesitate in highly recommending her services. Trudy cared for my herd of 4 guinea pigs while we were away for 2 weeks. She visited my home daily and sent daily photos & updates which were cheering to receive and gave me great peace of mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my holiday. Trudy was prompt with all correspondence and did not hesitate to contact me if she had questions or concerns. From our first meeting I felt instantly at ease and it was obvious how much Trudy loves animals and how experienced she is. Trudy also showed lots of interest, asked lots of questions & took notes so she could understand my animals needs, and keep the routine and standard of care my piggies are used to. "Leonie and Greg were great! Lots of updates and super flexible with pick up/drop off times. They are definite animal lovers. Felt very comfortable leaving our furbaby with them for 2 weeks. Would recommend."

"Dana was amazing. She thoughtfully sent through photos of our fur child regularly to ease our worries while we were away. We came home to a very happy pet and a clean home after a very long two days travel home. Would highly recommend Dana to anyone and will certainly use her again. Thanks Dana :)"
