"Words can not express how exceptional Courtney is. From the moment we met her, my partner and I knew that she was the right person for the job. We only adopted our bubba a couple of months ago so were very nervous when it came leaving her at home while we visited family for Christmas and to selecting who would look after her. Nerves were completely gone when we met Courtney. She let us facetime when she was with Zuzu, sent us gorgeous photos and kept us completely up to date on how she was. Zuzu freezes up anytime anyone besides us enter the house but totally loved Courtney. Went absolutely above and beyond our expectations - will always be using her services in the future."

"Debbie took care of our 2 year old Labrador for 2 and a half weeks over the Christmas break. She did an excellent job of looking after our dog and was excellent in communication via daily photos and texts. Debbie is lovely and was very understanding of our concerns with leaving our dog for the first time. Her home is perfect for dogs with a big yard and pool. She was also able to organise to extend our dog’s stay at short notice with no issues which really helped us out. I would not hesitate to recommend Debbie to anyone!"

"First time using a pet sitting service and I am blown away. Tayla has been professional, sweet and caring with our beloved fur babies and I’ve come back to an immaculate home. Both our cat and dog seemed relaxed and happy on arrival. The video clips and pictures of ‘the girls’ playing and having their own summer holiday have been priceless and I’m eternally grateful to Tayla for taking such good care of them. "Lucy was fantastic! She was wonderful and kind with our dog Bella. She visited her twice a day while we were away. Once in the morning to feed and walk her and then in the afternoon to feed and play with her. We received pictures each day and felt so relaxed on our holiday knowing that she was being taken such good care of. Bella cut her paw towards the end of our holiday and Lucy had to take her to the vet. She kept us completely in the loop and the whole process with Petcloud has been seamless and easy. We will be using Petcloud in the future and definitely requesting Lucy as our chosen sitter. Thanks for everything."
