"Ann and Ian were very welcoming to our pooch, Pepper, and instantly made her feel at home. They were very accommodating to our needs, and seemed to genuinely love dogs, including ours. Ann updated me with a few messages and a photo, so that I was ensured Pepper was comfortable and not fretting. Their yard is the perfect size to keep them secure, but give them enough room to move around and play. And likewise, the dogs are welcome inside the house, to sleep overnight, as well as to sit during the day. I would feel very happy to leave Pepper with Ann and Ian again."

"It was such a relief having someone be able to stay and spend time with our boys, as well as feel safe in knowing medication was being given and everyone was happy. We were sent photos and updates on how the boys were and it really made our first time using this service fantastic. Will definitely be booking again when we next go away."

"Jasmine and her family were the perfect match for my little Moodle, Chilli and I am so happy that I found them. He received loads of love and attention from her gentle and adorable children (all of whom I am sure he will miss) and all instructions were followed with regard to feeding and sleeping. Updates and photos were plentiful (and so very cute), and I am hoping next time I need a pet sitter, Jasmine and her family are available. I don't want to leave him anywhere else. Thank you!"

"Ally looked after our cat Shane for a week while we were at work. She was fab and we returned to a very spoilt, happy little boy. She sent super regular updates and cute pictures which were much appreciated. She also tended to my herbs and indoor plants :) Safe to say i'm pretty sure Shane was disappointed when we came home - he liked her that much! 10/10."

"We had Ally look after our clan of three cats just for an long weekend away. She was helpful and easy to deal with, friendly and seemed natural with the cats. She left our place very neat and tidy - at least as neat if not neater than when we left. I think our cats enjoyed the time that she spent with them and I will definitely be looking to have Ally back to look after them again in future."

"This is our second time entrusting our fur babies with Narida as we had to travel interstate. She is attentive and followed through with everything we discussed. She was confident even with my very large boisterous dog and was totally respectful and understanding with our more timid pets which allowed them to trust her faster than other people. All our animals were very settled when we arrived home. Highly recommend her service."
