"Mel is amazing! I use her services whenever I am away. My girls (two cats) love having her come in and feed them. Mel is great to deal with, communicates regularly while I am away so I have peace of mind. I would definitely recommend her for your fur-baby."

"Chelsea deserves 10 stars. We were away for 3 weeks and Chelsea housesat our dog and 2 cats. Chelsea regularly texted us with updates and photos. We came home to 3 very happy and contented pets, and the house was in the same condition as we left it. I highly recommend Chelsea and would request her again."

"I can't recommend Leonie and Greg enough. I felt our cats were so well looked after and given all the attention they needed. 5 starts isn't enough! Our flight ended up being cancelled and Leonie saved us by feeding our pets an extra night which made the situation much less stressful. Thank you again... we will definitely be re booking in the future."

"Teagan has an amazing connection with animals! She helped prepare and bring our three dogs to our wedding ceremony on our special day as well as house visits a week before hand and while we were away on our holiday. To be able to look after not one but three boxers at once with no hesitation, no reluctancy, and with sheer calmness is a reflection of her love for all animals. Teagan is incredibly easy to speak with, courteous , thoughtful and punctual, Teagan helped make our special (wedding) day with our beloved furchildren something we will remember for the rest of our lives and we can not thank her enough :) Highly recommend."

"What can I say? Julie was fantastic. Great experience using Petcloud for the first time. If all sitters are like Julie then why would anyone use a cattery or kennel for their pets? Photos and email updates every day, house was spotless when I got back, she bought toys and treats for my cat, and obviously loves what she does."

"This was the second time Gemma stayed with Billy and Georgia. They greeted her with smiles, and it was such a relief knowing I was leaving them in her capable hands. Gemma is always on time, asks the right questions, and even sent a couple of pics mid visit to let me know they were fine and safe. I definitely recommend Gemma to take care of your treasured pets!"

"Lisa and Steve were great with our cats Joey and Chloe right from the start, making sure they were settled in their own private space with toys etc, and we were kept updated on their antics through regular photos and chats throughout the 3 weeks. Both cats arrived home happy and well, and I’m sure the cats are missing them already! I’d definitely recommend their pet sitting services and hire them again in future!"
