"Once again, Claire has exceeded my expectations in caring for my cat Mishka. Claire is always welcomed by Mishka who allows her to pet her & give snuggles as evidenced in the gorgeous photos sent through each visit. Mishka is always calm & relaxed when I return (& well fed!) which is a testament to Claire & the care provided, will certainly be booking Claire again when the opportunity arises!"

Without Helen's help of picking up Pho and dropping him off, I don't know how we would've coped. Thank you so much for making our life just that little bit easier. "Natalia is a warm and bubbly person that has genuine love for animals. I received regular picture and SMS updates. Natalia was able to keep up with my Staffie's endless energy and give my cat his regular loving hugs. "We couldn’t have asked for a better house and more importantly - cat sitter for our 3 beloved rescue cats. All 3 have their own issues, having come from trauma backgrounds and one has daily medication. We were away for 6 days and returned to an immaculate house and 3 very relaxed and happy cats. Rachael is a lovely, reliable, mature person who genuinely loves animals. And of course she brings the added benefit of the experience of her almost completed veterinary studies. We are so impressed we have also booked her in for a longer stay while we are overseas."

"It was a very easy process finding a dog sitter with PetCloud. Our sitter Vicki was wonderful with our young dog. She had lots of experience and understood what our puppy required. I feel very confident leaving Carla with her. We will be asking Vicki to help us on a regular basis."
