"I would highly recommend Joy! I found her quite diligent with asking questions initially. Upon meeting her I was immediately comfortable and trusted her to look after my dog, Bailey for a few days. Joy communicated regularly, sending me plenty of photos of Bailey enjoying play, sleeping and eating which helped put my mind at ease while I was away. Joy responded quickly to any messages and was accommodating with drop-off and pick-up times. I hope Joy can look after Bailey again!"

"Helen and her family had been great. My dog was very unsettled on her first night and kept everyone up till 2am. Helen had been very accommodating and tried everything to calm her. Fortunately Maly settled eventually and they had a great time. Helen also sent me updates regularly which put my mind at ease while I was away from my dog. I would recommend Helen to others ."
