"Lisa was extremely accommodating and communicated well throughout the whole process; amazing for an anxious fur-mum. The daily photo updates was amazing and it looked like Jazzy loved having Lisa visit to provide cuddles and food. "We were very impressed with Clarabelle and so happy we found her on Petcloud. It was such a pleasure to be able to leave Margot in the hands of someone who obviously cares for animals, knows what she's doing and is very kind. We got cute little updates and videos of Margot while we were away which made us instantly relax, knowing that our Margot was being looked after. We came home to a happy Margot and our home and plants had been looked after as well. I have no hesitation recommending Clarabelle to look after your pet(s) she will love them like they're her own."

"We are repeat customers of Lisa's - and she does an amazing job looking after our two Maine Coon girls, Princess Peach and Princess Zelda. She gives us regular updates and pictures which we really appreciate and she is very reliable, trustworthy and professional - which is such a relief to find - you can go away and not worry at all about your little brats :) She also kept our house very neat and tidy which was so nice - as I know it only takes a day before there are tumbleweeds of fur flying around from those two. Highly recommend Lisa as a petsitter to anyone - we will be back!!"

"Befrin is a divine petsitter. We could see immediately how focussed she is on the wellbeing and enjoyment of our cat. Our Tonko loved Befrin's company. Befrin ensured she knew all about Tonko's needs, diet, routines before her first session with him. She genuinely enjoys spending time with the animals, and we loved receiving daily reports and photos from her. Her care and consideration gave us great confidence in our little kitty's welfare whilst we were away. We will definitely be hiring Befrin again."
