"Brooke was fabulous! When she came to meet us, our cat immediately took to her and we felt confident that he would be in good hands. Brooke kept in touch while we were away which was really reassuring. We came home to a super content fur baby. Would definitely recommend Brooke’s service."

"When I had to go away for a break in December, I decided I wanted Louie Cat to stay at home and both to be looked after. So i came to petcloud to find someone to mind the house and Louie. After looking at a few profiles, I got in touch with Simone. Simone was keen to come to meet Louie and they bonded immediately. Simone and I also got on as like minded people, so that put me at ease. Simone was great minding Louie. She kept me up to date with photos and videos, and took him to the vet when he got the cat flu and gave him his antibiotics which I'm forever grateful for. Simone genuinely loves animals, and cares like they are her own. The house was also kept tidy with all my plants well watered etc. I can 100% recommend Simone for any role you have for her. Your pet will feel very loved and spoiled after being with Simone."

"This was my first time entrusting my birds to a Petsitter and I’m so glad I did. Being able to leave them at home in familiar surroundings was less stressful for them. Johanna took wonderful care of my babies and they quickly became comfortable with her and enjoyed her daily visits. Thanks Johanna for looking after our birds so well."

"I would highly recommend Silvia. She spent time to get to know Spencer. She asked questions about his routines and behaviours and welcomed him into her home. Spencer was extremely well taken care of."

"Jezza had an absolutely wonderful time with Elke and her family. Plenty of walks and care and Jezza was lucky enough to have another dog stay at the same time. I received lots of photos and videos of them playing together and having fun. I cannot speak highly enough of Elke's care and attention to Jezza."

"Shweta is an excellent pet sitter. She provided daily updates on all our pets including photos, and she was genuinely passionate about taking care of the animals. Our dog loved her and when we returned from our holiday all our pets (dog, cat & chickens) were well looked after and very happy! We will definitely have Shweta back in the future."

"Left our Kitty with Roland over New Year's and was very happy with the experience. Kitty seemed happy and Roland sent us lots of pictures everyday. He was also very flexible about drop off and pick up times. A smooth and hassle-free experience all round."

"Camilla looked after Teddy as if he was her own, she followed all his routines and sent me regular updates and photos. Teddy had the best time and will really miss hanging out with Camilla and her cute pug. I'm sure he will get to visit again soon. Thanks again."

"Ange was fantastic! She house-sat and took care of our two golden retrievers for three nights over Xmas. The dogs were very well cared for - Ange sent multiple pictures each day. The house was spotless and everything was in perfect condition on our return. Communication was great. She was very friendly and respectful and treated our dogs and house like her own. Would definitely recommend."

Joy also sent me regular updates and photos which put my mind at ease that Clawrie was having a great time with her new buddies and that she was being well cared for. "When I met Dawn, it was clear she loves animals. Dawn's communication was great and I received regular updates and photos of my dog while I was away. I didn't worry about my dog at all while I was away as I knew Sandy was in good, capable hands. Thanks Dawn!"
