"Susan was amazing with our energetic and needy kelpie puppy. She is very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She asked us several questions about our dog's preferences during the meet in greet, and we could tell that she genuinely cares about taking good care of animals. She sent us lots of pictures and videos, and our puppy was happy and at ease in all of them. We would absolutely recommend Susan to anyone! "
