"Once again Ruth provided the purr-fest cat sitting services for my beloved Gems. Gems is even more used to us being at home during Covid and it as been a long time since we have been away from home for more than a week. Ruth let me know how Gems was doing every visit and sent photos; Gems was very relaxed when we got home and although clearly pleased to see us she looked well, happy and content. Thanks as always Ruth for your care, professionalism and for making our cat feel so cared for and happy when we can't be there."

"Excellent service by the pet-sitter, no complaints there and will use her again. But the app is very clunky and doesn’t sync at all well with the website, it needs a lot more development to be user friendly. It keeps confusing my cat with a dog, asking reminders about walking etc. And it assumes you are dropping your pet off at a minder, not having a house-sitter, even though these are clearly specified in the information provided."
