We continue to use Julie whenever we go away for house/pet sitting. The dogs are always so excited to see her when she arrives. She is so wonderful and we couldn’t recommend anyone higher for taking such great care of our house and dogs.

Julie went the extra mile to make our old cat loved and comfortable in our home during a two week absence. The house was spotless, and she even took bins out and gathered the mail without being asked, as well as making extra visits and staying to keep Charlie company and buying her a scratching pad. Julie is a true animal lover and my old girl will miss her visits I am sure. Very reliable and dependable, can’t recommend highly enough. We will be back again for sure.

Julie is fantastic - have engaged her many times now to look after Penelope (cat) and she goes a great job. I can always rely on her and I know that whenever I'm away, Penelope is well looked after and cared for. Penelope likes her too!

I used Julie while away over Xmas and when something suddenly came up and I needed to leave earlier then the original booking she had no problem accepting a last minute change and starting earlier. She was fantastic with my dogs and cat, and sent daily updates and photos (which definitely helped me relax on holiday knowing my pets were well cared for). Our girls were so excited to see Julie again when she came to collect the key, and with all the lovely photos and reports Julie sent us when she visited them we know they again enjoyed her company thoroughly (and that she came to feed them, they do love their food!). It is such a relief knowing they are comfortable in their own home when we are away and that Julie not only provides a service, but also a friendship to them in our absence.

Julie was just amazing. Arrived every day to take our pup for a walk. Sent us pictures and an update every day about how the walk went. She just went that bit extra. We would highly recommend Julie.

Julie is amazing with our furkids. With 2 large dogs inc a giant breed puppy and 2 cats, our household can be a handful but they all love Julie. We receive nightly updates with photos so we know that everything is good allowing us to relax when we are away. We are repeat customers and will happily continue to use Julie to look after the furkids in the future.

Julie's care for Luna was above and beyond what I could ever expect. Luna just loved Julie's visits and it totally settled her and helped her not to miss me whilst I was away. What can I say? Julie was fantastic. Great experience using Petcloud for the first time. If all sitters are like Julie then why would anyone use a cattery or kennel for their pets? Photos and email updates every day, house was spotless when I got back, she bought toys and treats for my cat, and obviously loves what she does.

Julie was absolutely fabulous! The girls took to her right away and she emailed photos frequently with updates on how they were doing. The girls were super comfortable staying in their own home and looked forward to her visits, as well as the time she spent playing with them and reading on the lounge so Serena could do sole lap sitting. We were confident prior to leaving that this was the best option for our girls for our 3 weeks away and Julie proved true. I'm sure the girls will miss her and she will definitely be our first thought the next time we go away.

Julie looked after out cat strawberry while we went on a 4 night holiday - she was well looked after and sent me photos and kept me updated while we were gone. I am so grateful to have Julie as a sister as well as a pet sitter. My crew consists of 2 dogs, 2 cats, a stray cat and 2 street cats that I feed and Julie looks after them all with the same passion. When we went overseas in May for 2 weeks I could just go an enjoy myself knowing that Julie was there to take care of my menagerie. There is not a thing that Julie wouldn't do for my pets or yours and they love her for it. They get so excited when they see her. The amount of knowledge Julie has picked up over the years of being a pet owner herself and from the courses that she has studied and passed with flying colours gives Julie a very good understanding of pet needs and that is exactly what you need in someone that is left to look after your precious pets.
