We decided to book with Michelle as she's also a cat lover and we have 3 cats that needed a bit of TLC while we were away. We were very satisfied with the level of care they received. Michelle was dependable, responsive and provided updates at each home visit. During the meet and greet, she took the time to learn about our cats and what they needed. Michelle has looked after or cat Winnie a few times now whilst we have been away. Always good! Michelle sent pics of Winnie most days (we were in Sri Lanka so sometimes couldn't get reception!).
