Pet Lover in West End

My siamese cats and I love Tess! She took good care of two demanding cats who were well fed and content when I got home. She communicated well with regular updates on how they were doing each time she visited. The house was kept clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Tess was amazing from start to finish. Looking after our old staffy attending to her medical needs when needed (wound dressings), medications and giving lots of love. Tess house sat for us and looked after Henry (our 18 month old American Staffy cross). I was really impressed with how confident and calm Tess was with Henry and felt relaxed to know she could handle him so well. Tess kept us up to date regularly and looked after Henry well. Tess was an amazing dog and house sitter! She has the perfect demeanor and nature to look after their sensitive (read: my sensitive and pedantic) needs. On our meet and greet, my dogs were immediately comfortable with her and were very happy with her looking after them. She walked them, fed them and catered to one of their epileptic medical needs as asked. Tess also sent through photos and texts updating me of their comfort. She was the first stranger to look after my dogs and she is a stranger no more. Highly recommended and will get in touch with Tess next time I need a dog/house sitter. Thanks Tess! Tess did a wonderful job of taking care of my elderly Labrador (of the same name). All with a hail storm and Riverfire fireworks to contend with as well. Returned home to a house clean and tidy as I had left it, and a happy, relaxed hound. Thanks Tess!

Tess was great, I’ve never seen our dogs as calm (and tired) as when we picked them up from her. They must’ve had a good time!

Tess is incredibly relaxed and gentle and has an amazing calming effect on our anxious dog, even from the first day she met her! She is always on time and professional, is just the most lovely person and has become one of our pup’s favourite people. So grateful for her!
