Ian took perfect care of our place and Pets while we were away, sent us updates along the way. He was easy to communicate with, quick to reply and happy to adapt to changes we made along the way.

Ian recently took care of our two Lhasa Apso x Shih Tzu dogs for an overnight stay. They took to Ian straight away from their first meet and greet. We felt very comfortable leaving our dogs in Ian's care. We would highly recommend Ian to anyone looking for a dog sitter and our dogs are looking forward to their next holiday with Ian.

Ian - thanks so much for looking after Harry (a.k.a Harikana Banana Pyjama…). Harry had such a good time, and he's very much looking forwards to us going away again, so Ian can look after him in the future. Ian was great and even mowed the lawn (and filled up the lawnmower with petrol!). Harry is a 30kg, 10-month-old bundle of joy, and we know he can be a handful, but Ian took great care of him for 2 weeks. We are more than happy to recommend Ian to anyone.

Ian and Carroll were amazing with our two precious fur babies particularly with Belle our foxie who experiences anxiety with storms and being left. Belle and Benji were obviously in great spirits when we collected them very settled and well. I would thoroughly recommend their services and Carroll has a special touch and affinity with dogs that are anxious and a bit sensitive to change. We will definitely book with Ian and Carroll again. We had a wonderful experience with Ian, he was very professional, the dogs took to him like ducks to water and to top it off our house was left spick and span. Ian sat our dogs in home for a week and it really took a load off our minds. He send us lots of photos and keep us up to date. It was very comforting knowing they were in such good care. Thank you Ian, sorry this review took a while (the baby has keep me very distracted).

Ian looked after our 2 very needy shepherd for an entire month. I was very nervous to not only leave them, But for that period of time. Ian was very kind to our pups, spoiling them everyday with his love and attention, we recieves constant communication, including photos that showed how happy and safe our dogs were. He also took excellent care of our home, leaving it clean and even mowing our lawns. I can’t thank Ian enough for what he did for us. I would use him again in a heart beat. Thank you again so so much, our dogs were more than lucky to have had you watching them and entertaining them for the last month.

Our first experience with Petcloud and leaving our two dogs with Ian (& Carol) was very successful. We had a Meet and Greet beforehand with our pets which went smoothly and by all accounts, the actual pet minding over the weekend was also excellent. Ian took time to get to know our two dogs and quickly figured out their little personalities. He took them for walks, and gave one of my dogs medication in the morning and at night. Ian sent photos of our dogs a few times over the weekend and had them ready at pick up time. We can recommend Ian and Carol as pet sitters and hope to use the service again in the future.
