Where do I begin? Pallas is an absolute gem of a pet sitter! Arlo, my furry companion, had the most delightful time under her care. Not only did she take care of his needs impeccably, but she went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and happiness. Her inclusion of Mochi, her own furry friend, was a stroke of genius. The two pets bonded so well, adding an extra layer of joy to Arlo's stay. Pallas didn't just fulfill her duty as a sitter; she created a warm, loving environment that felt like a second home for Arlo. Her dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. Daily updates and photos were thoughtful touches that kept me reassured and connected while I was away. Her professionalism and genuine love for animals shone through in every interaction. I highly recommend Pallas, Novia, and Mochi, they looked after our Cavoodle for over 4 weeks! They are excellent carers. He is a better dog because of his stay with them. He is now much more friendly and social with other dogs. They did a wonderful job looking after him and sent me updates regularly to let me know how he was going. Thank you so much for looking after Fanta. He will be back again!

I had a great experience with Pallas. She was quick and efficient with her communication. She was very accommodating with my schedule for dropping off and pick up Dino! She was very patient and understanding of Dino. She took him for a lot of walks and played fetch with him regularly (both are Dino's favourite activities!) She also sent regularly updates by text, video and photos. Pallas provided Dino lots of love and attention as if he were her own. Thank you very much for looking after Dino! I would highly recommend and have Pallas sit for Dino anytime she has availability! Thanks!

It was always going to be hard to travel and leave Arlo behind as this was our first trip away without him but the two lovely ladies we left him with did a fantastic job. They send us daily updates, they kept Arlo social introducing him to other dogs and going for daily walks. He had plenty of toys to play with. We even got a lovely Halloween snap-shot. I would not hesitate to book again, and we are already looking at our next trip knowing we have someone just as caring to take care of Arlo.
