Mel is absolutely brilliant with our two cat; who I think may love her more than us now! We travel quite a bit and use her EVERY TIME. She is brilliant with them; keeps them engaged and active, does incredible training with them and has even taught one of them to walk on a leash! We love Mel’s warmth, love and GENUINE caring for our animals. She’s brilliant with communication & updates and we never have to worry when we’re away. I would give 100 stars if there were a star rating.
