Lucys

Lucy looked after our cat Monty for a week while we were away. She was very experienced with animals. Because Monty was a rescue cat he gets very nervous with change and hides if anyone different comes to the house. Lucy managed him beautifully with her patience and kindness he was out of hiding in a couple of days. I would love to have Lucy again. She is a sensible, trustworthy and kind lady.

Lucy was able to step at short notice and was very understanding when we needed extra time before confirming the booking. At the meet & greet Lucy showed a good rapport with cats & we felt very comfortable leaving Theodora in her care. We received daily texts & photos and could see how well they were getting on together. Very happy to recommend Lucy to care for your pets.

I felt very comfortable leaving my fuzzball with Lucy for 2 weeks. I was not disappointed! Lucy sent me frequent updates and my cat looked very happy and comfortable. Lucy will definitely be my first contact when I'm travelling in the future.

Lucy was fantastic! She was wonderful and kind with our dog Bella. She visited her twice a day while we were away. Once in the morning to feed and walk her and then in the afternoon to feed and play with her. We received pictures each day and felt so relaxed on our holiday knowing that she was being taken such good care of. Bella cut her paw towards the end of our holiday and Lucy had to take her to the vet. She kept us completely in the loop and the whole process with Petcloud has been seamless and easy. We will be using Petcloud in the future and definitely requesting Lucy as our chosen sitter. Thanks for everything.

We found Lucy to be an excellent sitter for our dog Bella. She visited twice per day as planned. In the morning to walk Bella for an hour and feed her and then in the afternoon to feed and play with her for another hour. We received daily photos via text and updates as to how she was doing. Lucy met us prior to the job, which was great to meet her in person and see how she was with Bella. Bella cut her paw towards the end of our holidays and Lucy needed to take her to our local vet. We felt completely informed during the whole process and really comfortable with Lucy who kindly took her to her own home to watch her for the afternoon. She sent us photos and made sure that we were informed with her condition and ok with her care as everything proceeded. we would highly recommend Lucy to anyone needing pet sitting with her.
