Pawsome Care for Every Whisker

Shannon is amazing, my cats seemed to love her and follow her around when she came to feed and play with them while we were away! I received lots of pictures which really reassured me as well. I hope to book with her again next time!

Shannon is wonderful with cats, she has great intuition and can sense when they are not comfortable/anxious and has the ability to calm them down and make them feel at ease. She showers her two cats with much love and affection ..and mine as well when she comes to visit. My cat normally doesn't like anyone other than me, but she loves Shannon and will happily stay with her when I am not there. I highly recommend her as a sitter.

As a pet owner who is way too attached to her cat, I enthusiastically recommend Shannon Newport as a conscientious and caring pet sitter. I know that she will care for Daisy as I would. I am more comfortable leaving Daisy with Shannon then at a cat kennel , because Shannon really relates to each animal individually. Every cat she keeps forms a bond with her. When I leave Daisy, it is important for me to know that more than her physical needs will be satisfied. The affection that she receives from Shannon makes her separation from me less stressful.

Shannon has been fostering rescue cats with our rescue, Homeless Hounds Animal Rescue, since 2020. She has fostered over 7 cats for us at various stages of their rescue journey and dealt with many a different cat! She's very cat-experienced and takes lots of care with each and every cat she fosters. You will never be short of updates and pics of your furr-baby and she will love them like her own!
