30 Days Notice or more for a Partial Refund - If a Pet Owner cancels they can obtain a partial refund if PetCloud receives their cancellation request before 12pm AEST 30 days before the start of a booking. (Stripe’s credit card processing fee and $100 PetCloud Administration fee are non-refundable). (For any cancellations 29 days or less prior to a booking start are non-refundable, Sitters will receive their portion of the booking).

Patricia took great care of Gin & Tonic. She was punctual and kept the place clean and tidy, sent us photos and videos with every visit. Would definitely call her again.

This was our first time using a pet sitting service, so naturally we were nervous about it all. However, our cat-sitter Patricia Sande went above and beyond what we expected, to make us and our fur babies feel comfortable. Including sending us photos and video updates of them as frequently as we wanted - you miss your pets when you’re away, and this helped remove some of that element. It was a weight off our shoulders to know our kitties were in excellent hands, while also a delight to see that they were even enjoying themselves. Thank you for your outstanding service and level of care. You really did treat our bubs as if they were your own.
