Tamika has a genuine warmth and caring manner and took exceptional care of our two cats and one dog at our home for a week. All our 'babies' are on medication and Tamika competently managed their special needs. I left detailed instructions which Tamika followed to the letter, and when anything out of the ordinary happened, she contacted us straight away. One of our cats has behavioural issues which can be challenging to manage, but Tamika went beyond the call of duty to care for her. Upon our return, I could tell our pets had been well-taken care of and our home was left clean, neat and tidy. Tamika comes highly recommended.

Tamika and team were fabulous at taking care of my little shih tzu cross. In retrospect, the business Tamika has with other bigger dogs might not have suited Claudia's temperament. That said, I was very confident she and her team would take exceptional care of Claudia and they did. She was spoiled and loved so I am grateful. If you are looking for someone to place your pets welfare high, I would recommend Tamika and Let the Paws Combine. You can judge the heart of a person by how they treat an animal (Immaunuel Kant). Tamika lives this by example.

Was great knowing my fur baby was in a home not just a kennel. Also, because Tamika has her own dogs, i know my lil girl will never be lonely. And they love having visitors too!

Tamika has been volunteering for Animal Rescue QLD since June 2016. She has been a foster carer and also provided emergency care for several rescued dogs. more recently Tamika also became a member of our volunteer admin team. In this role she liaises with foster carers providing them with support. She also assists in processing adoption applications. These roles involve Tamika using Facebook correspondence, emails and database access. She has provided care and training for foster dogs and worked on occasion with a behavioral vet to ensure the best outcomes for the rescued dogs. Tamika has become a very valued team member who has gone above and beyond to assist Animal Rescue QLD to fulfill our goals. She has shown commitment and dedication to achieving her goals in the animal care and rescue industry.
