I’ve grown up with Zoe, my 15-year-old poodle, and I also regularly walk, feed, and look after Bella, an energetic 8-year-old Labrador, so I’m equally comfortable with active pups who need plenty of attention and play.

30 Days Notice or more for a Partial Refund - If a Pet Owner cancels they can obtain a partial refund if PetCloud receives their cancellation request before 12pm AEST 30 days before the start of a booking. (Stripe’s credit card processing fee and $100 PetCloud Administration fee are non-refundable). (For any cancellations 29 days or less prior to a booking start are non-refundable, Sitters will receive their portion of the booking).
