Nicole looked after our Archie (cavoodle), for 6 weeks while we were overseas and he has come back home a very calm and better socialized little guy. This is the first time we have used Nicole / Petcloud and we were very impressed with how well it all worked and especially delighted with the care and attention given to Archie. We did miss him while we were away but never worried about him. Nicole is very professional and knows dogs. We were given regular updates / photos / videos of how he was settling in and progressing and how well he was interacting with different dogs. He always looked happy and pooped from his active days. This is by far the best option for having your pet looked after. So glad to have met Nicole - she is a wonderful young lady and a natural with animals. Thank you.

Nicole is AMAZING! Very experienced and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away with leaving Tio there. It was Tio's first time away from us and I swear I could see him smiling in the Instagram photos Nicole updated us with. Tio came back with better manners than he left with, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. A thoroughly professional and caring person, Nicole is an absolute gem.

Nicole was an absolutely amazing person, she continued my 5 months old pups training and kept me updated all the time. I enjoyed my vacation peacefully, knowing Bella was with a genuine carer who started training her the moment we walked in the door.

It is so pleasing to see that when you ask someone to look after your treasured pet they treat them like they are part of their own family. Nicole is more than a service provider, she goes to all lengths to pamper your much loved pet. I can relax and enjoy my holiday, knowing that my dog is in a safe and caring environment. Sometimes I think I need to learn more to be as good as Nicole. She is not just a true professional but such a caring person who delivers the best service for your dog and that is what should be expected .

I employed Nicole to walk our dog daily, while my husband was in hospital. Nicole had access to our yard and walked our dog every afternoon. I didn’t supervise or check up on Nicole, nor did I have to . I trusted her completely and she didn’t let me down. She was a daily, cheery presence and an absolute delight. She was firm but gentle with our dog who responded so positively to her ministrations. I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough to anyone thinking of trusting their beloved pet to her. I wont hesitate to employ her again if the need arises.
