I believe that each pet has their own personality and deserve personal care in their own home if possible.
Dogs and cats can not stay in my home for safety of my animals however birds and other small animals are accepted into my home (this is for pet hosting). I'm an experianced owner of chickens, dogs, fresh/tropical/marine fish. I've done pet sitting of a variety of dogs, and I am practiced in caring for elderly, injured, and special needs pets.
I have a medium sized yard with plenty of grass space as well as some bare dirt and tiled areas. There is a cubby house with inbuilt chook coop underneath with areas for dust baths for fowl (and good grub obtaining areas) and nesting/roosting areas. Rabbits/guinea pigs will be moved around the grassy area inside a medium rabbit hutch - there is no such thing as a "rabbit proof yard"
